Attend spin classes twice weekly, also fit in a 1-2-1 session or two. Brilliant motivator and makes getting fit fun. Would highly recommend to anyone of any age or fitness level.

Alannis is a brilliant trainer. Been to spin and legs bums and tums. Alannis is extremely motivational, classes get the job done but still very fun. Always a great group of ladies there.
