My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise and every workout. My positive approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time - whilst having fun through it all.

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
If you’re looking to make a change to your health and fitness today, then let’s make the start together. As your personal trainer, I will support you, teach you, push you and help you to fulfil all of your fitness goals. Whether it’s losing weight, toning up, building muscle or getting fitter - I will be here every step of the way to ensure you do that.


SPIN CLASSES
Have you ever taken part in a spin class? If not, why not? There are so many benefits to high intensity spin classes, a few being; burn lots of calories, improve your cardiovascular system, tone your legs, build lean muscle definition and most importantly - it’s good fun!
BUDDY SESSIONS
Wanting to do personal training sessions but don’t want to come alone? Then bring your bestie and split the cost. Buddy sessions allow you to keep fit with your friend at a discounted price, and also allows you to complete the same workout together having fun!


LEGS, BUMS & TUMS
The fun, hard working class that I have developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism, tone up your legs, build and tone your glutes and tone up your stomach. With a combination of strategic exercises and an empowering group of supportive ladies around you - you will be achieving results in no time.
OUTDOOR BOOTCAMPS
I am now offering outdoor bootcamps based in Midlothian. I am currently running three a week;
Circuits - Monday’s 19:30pm
Legs, Bums & Tums - Wednesdays 19:30pm
GluteCamp - Saturdays 09:00am
These sessions are filled with hardworking, likeminded people who are all wanting to get fit, have fun and socialise after we have all been cooped up for so long due to the worldwide circumstances. If you fancy getting fitter, getting stronger, losing weight or even building muscle, then these bootcamp’s are for you.
